Warranty Registration

To activate your complimentary Lifetime Warranty, your product must be registered within 30 days of delivery.

Inside every eligible WOFT product package, you'll find a registration card with a QR code that links directly to our warranty registration portal.

Registration requires:

• Your order information
• Product details
• Contact information

Failure to register within 30 days may result in the loss of Lifetime Warranty eligibility.

Warranty registration helps us verify ownership, prevent fraudulent claims, and provide faster support when you need it.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Eligible WOFT flagship products may include either a One-Year Limited Warranty or a Lifetime Limited Warranty, as specified at purchase.

Warranty coverage applies only to:

• The original purchaser
• Registered products
• Products activated within the required registration period

Warranty coverage is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

WOFT Assurance covers structural failure resulting from normal intended use, including:

• Structural frame failure
• Material separation
• Manufacturing defects
• Product failure caused by defects in workmanship or materials

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by WOFT.

What Is Not Covered

While WOFT products are designed for everyday protection and long-term durability, no phone case can eliminate the risk of damage in every situation.

WOFT Assurance does not cover:

• Intentional destruction or misuse
• Counterfeit products
• Modified or altered products
• Commercial or industrial use
• Improper installation
• Products purchased through unauthorized resellers
• Excessive or abusive warranty claims

The following are considered normal wear and are not covered:

• Cosmetic wear
• Scratches
• Dents
• Surface discoloration
• Finish wear from regular use

Additionally, WOFT Assurance does not cover damage caused by:

• Water exposure
• Fire
• Natural disasters
• Accidents beyond normal intended use

How To Start A Warranty Claim

• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the product
• A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed, our team will provide any additional instructions required to complete the process.

Replacement Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims and any applicable taxes required for replacement products.

WOFT reserves the right to inspect, validate, approve, or deny warranty claims at its sole discretion.
