Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Eligible WOFT flagship products may include either:
- A one-year limited warranty
- A lifetime limited warranty
as specified at purchase. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Covered Issues
The warranty covers structural failure or breakage occurring during normal intended use.
Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Intentional destruction
- Counterfeit products
- Modified products
- Excessive or abusive claims
- Commercial misuse
- Improper installation
- Unauthorized resellers
- Cosmetic wear
- Scratches
- Dents
- Discoloration
- Water damage
- Fire damage
WOFT products are not guaranteed to be:
- Waterproof
- Fireproof
- Military-grade
- Drop-proof
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a claim:
