Refund Policy
WOFT offers a 30-day refund policy for eligible purchases.
Eligibility
Refunded products must:
- Be unused
- Be in perfect condition
- Include all original accessories
- Include original packaging
- Show no signs of wear
- Show no scratches, dents, or damage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Denials
Refunds may be denied for:
- Used products
- Missing packaging
- Missing accessories
- Cosmetic wear
- Damage
- Abuse
- Unauthorized returns
Preorders
Canceled preorder items may incur up to a 10% cancellation fee.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on payment provider processing times.
