1. Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the Site or purchase products from WOFT. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

WOFT sells premium mobile accessories including, but not limited to, phone cases, screen protectors, lens protectors, charging blocks, and limited edition or preorder products. All products are subject to availability. WOFT reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, correct pricing or listing errors, and cancel preorder batches if fulfillment becomes impractical or impossible. In the event of a canceled order, customers will receive an appropriate refund where applicable.

4. Product Photography & Material Disclaimer

Due to lighting conditions, monitor settings, photography techniques, and natural manufacturing variation, product appearance may differ slightly from images displayed on the Site. Forged carbon fiber patterns naturally vary — no two products are identical. Color tones, metallic flakes, texture depth, and finishes may appear differently depending on device displays and lighting. Minor cosmetic wear over time is normal for carbon fiber, aluminum, rubber, plastic, coatings, and similar materials.

5. Orders & Payment

WOFT accepts payment through approved third-party payment providers including Stripe and PayPal. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, all billing information is accurate, and you will pay all charges incurred. WOFT reserves the right to refuse or cancel suspicious transactions, limit purchases, block resellers or scalpers, and request identity verification.

6. Preorders & Limited Drops

Certain products may be sold as preorders, limited releases, or experimental drops. Preorder timelines are estimates only and may be delayed due to manufacturing, logistics, customs, supplier limitations, or other factors outside WOFT's control. Customers may cancel preorder purchases; however, WOFT reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee of up to ten percent (10%) of the order total due to production allocation and inventory planning costs.

7. Shipping Policy Summary

WOFT currently ships to the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and additional government charges. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered. WOFT is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, incorrect shipping addresses submitted by customers, carrier delays, customs delays, or international import restrictions.

8. Refund Policy Summary

WOFT offers a 30-day refund policy for eligible products. Products must be unused, in perfect condition, include original packaging and accessories, and show no signs of wear, scratches, dents, damage, or modification. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. WOFT reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet eligibility requirements.

9. Warranty Policy Summary

Certain WOFT products may include a limited warranty or lifetime warranty as specified at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. WOFT reserves the right to deny warranty claims involving intentional destruction, counterfeit products, product modification, excessive claims, commercial misuse, unauthorized resellers, or improper use. Warranty coverage does not guarantee that products are waterproof, fireproof, military-grade, or drop-proof. WOFT is not responsible for damage to customer devices.

10. User Accounts

Users may create accounts to track orders, access limited drops, receive loyalty rewards, store account information, and view cart history. Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. WOFT reserves the right to suspend, delete, or terminate user access and cancel pending orders at any time and for any reason.

11. Rewards & Loyalty Programs

WOFT may offer loyalty rewards, promotional access, discounts, referrals, or membership-style benefits. WOFT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any program without prior notice. Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

12. User Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, social media tags, or other content to WOFT, you grant WOFT a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to repost, edit, and use the content commercially — including in advertising and on websites or social platforms — without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing. You represent and warrant that you own the content submitted and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

13. Intellectual Property

All WOFT intellectual property is owned by Endeavor Assets LLC DBA WOFT. This includes logos, branding, product designs, product names, renders, images, videos, website content, text, graphics, and marketing materials. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, impersonation, commercial use, harassment, sabotage, scraping, or exploitation of WOFT intellectual property may result in legal action.

14. Counterfeit Products

WOFT is not responsible for counterfeit products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Warranty coverage is void for products purchased through unauthorized channels. Customers are encouraged to purchase only through woft.store or officially approved sales channels.

15. SMS, Email & Marketing Consent

By opting into marketing communications, you consent to receive email marketing, SMS marketing, promotional alerts, abandoned cart notifications, and product announcements. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. Users may opt out at any time using provided unsubscribe methods.

16. Privacy & Data Collection

WOFT may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and shipping addresses, device information, analytics data, and cookies and tracking information. Data collection practices are further described in the WOFT Privacy Policy.

17. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Commit fraud
• Abuse promotions
• Harass WOFT staff
• Attempt chargeback fraud
• Reverse engineer the Site
• Use automated scraping systems
• Interfere with platform security
• Misrepresent identity
• Resell limited products without authorization

WOFT reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

18. Chargebacks & Fraud

Customers agree to contact WOFT directly regarding refund concerns before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse, or intentional misuse of payment systems may result in account termination, collections activity, legal action, or reporting to payment processors.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, all products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." WOFT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and continuous availability.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOFT and Endeavor Assets LLC shall not be liable for device damage, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, improper installation, electrical misuse, third-party accessories, power surges, product misuse, carrier issues, or delayed deliveries. In all circumstances, WOFT's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

21. Force Majeure

WOFT shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including supplier failures, shipping disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, government actions, labor shortages, internet outages, pandemics, war, or carrier interruptions.

22. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or WOFT products shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration. Users waive the right to a jury trial, the right to participate in class actions, and the right to participate in representative proceedings. Arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of South Dakota.

24. Export Restrictions

Customers agree not to purchase or export WOFT products in violation of applicable export laws, sanctions, or trade restrictions.

25. Changes to Terms

WOFT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
