Start your return within 30 days of purchase by emailing refund@woft.store. Include your order details, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the product.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and in perfect condition
- Free of wear, scratches, dents, or damage
- Returned with all original accessories
- Returned in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once the item passes inspection, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. See the full refund policy for details.
